Elora Gorge by Motorcycle
Near Guelph, this natural wonder was formed during the ice age, the river (Grand River) flows for about 2 kilometers along side two 20 meter cliffs. Near by, there is a swimming hole, ensure that you have packed your swim suit. This quarry is a popular tourist location, don’t be shocked if it can get busy during the hot summer months. There is lots of things to do once you have arrived such as Swimming, camping, canoeing, fishing, hiking, cycling, tubing, etc. This conservation area is less than 90km away from the Toronto downtown core. If you are ore into civilization, Elora has beautiful 19th century limestone architecture. This makes the perfect motorcycle ride for the weekend or even a day trip!
Scandinavia Spa (Blue Mountains/Collingwood) by Motorcycle
Shoot up the 400 or even better take Airport Rd straight into Collingwood. Once you’re in the area there is tons of things to do both for an adventure or just relaxing. Near the area you will find mountain biking trails, horseback riding and several other high octane things to do. Go up the Blue Mountains and you will find one of Ontario’s biggest hanging bridges as well as scenic caves that are full of rare mosses. Let’s, get serious here, the only reason why you come up here is to enjoy nature and some ‘me’ time! Once you pass Collingwood, hit for the mountains, don’t worry you will turn right at the second (or third) light and this will guide you right for the Scandinavian Spa. Here you will be able to enjoy of a cellphone free, worry free hot and cold baths as well as some RMT massage therapy. What better getaway than this!
